Jianjiang Beer is brewed with natural spring water from Duyun, Guizhou. For details on malt, hops and yeast sourcing, please refer to the product packaging and the brewery’s descriptions.

Jianjiang Beer’s product lines include the Jianjiang range (classic styles and Guizhou-flavored craft beers such as houttuynia, green apple, termite mushroom, Duyun Maojian tea beer, cili, passion fruit and bayberry), the Bogemiye range (whole-wheat white beer and fruit-flavored brews) and the Guizhou Cunma range, a co-branded series currently offering a Passion Fruit craft beer and a Lager. See the products page for the current lineup.

The Houttuynia (fish mint) Flavored Craft Beer adds a signature Guizhou ingredient to a craft beer base. The official tasting note describes a clear body with fine white foam, a lightly sweet entry, evident malt in the mid-palate and a sweet finish. It is recommended with Guizhou dishes such as sour soup fish, spicy chicken and cured meats.

The termite mushroom (jizongjun) flavored craft beer incorporates the flavor of Guizhou termite mushroom. The official tasting note describes a full, rich body with a distinctive mushroom aroma. With 12°P original wort concentration and ≥4.1%vol alcohol, it is the strongest in both concentration and alcohol among Jianjiang’s flavored craft beers, suited to drinkers who enjoy a rich taste.

The official description of Jianjiang · Duyun Maojian craft tea beer is “blending Duyun Maojian tea aroma with craft beer process.” The product uses Duyun Maojian as its flavor source; the specific dosing method and tea quantity are not disclosed on the website. For process details, please confirm directly with the manufacturer. Original wort concentration 10.2°P, alcohol ≥3.7%vol.

Rosa roxburghii (cili) is a signature fruit of Guizhou, known for its high vitamin C content, and is widely used locally in beverages and food processing. Jianjiang Brewery introduced the cili flavor into beer brewing as part of its direction of developing specialty products from local ingredients, making “cili beer” a category with strong regional identity.

Guizhou Cunma is a co-branded series under Jianjiang Beer, currently offering two products: a Passion Fruit craft beer and a Lager. The Guizhou Cunma Passion Fruit Craft Beer was co-launched with Sandu Shui Autonomous County in August 2025.

Both the Jianjiang series and the Bergmiller series are manufactured by Guizhou Duyun Jinrong Beer Co., Ltd. and marketed by Guizhou Duyun Jianjiang Liquor Development Co., Ltd. The Jianjiang series covers classic beer styles and Guizhou specialty craft brews, mainly in 1L large cans and 500ml cans. The Bergmiller series focuses on wheat white beer and fruit-flavored craft brews, mainly in 2L large cans and 1L cans, positioned for sharing occasions.

Craft beer generally refers to beer that emphasizes distinctive character in ingredient selection, brewing process and flavor design, with a wider range of original wort concentration and alcohol content and more diverse tastes. Regular industrial beer focuses on large-scale, standardized production with a more uniform taste. Jianjiang Beer produces specialty-flavored products using craft-brewery techniques; specific processes are subject to the manufacturer’s description.

Jianjiang Beer exports. In August 2026, three products—Maojian tea beer, passion-fruit craft beer and Guizhou Rosa roxburghii (cili) craft beer—shipped to Kazakhstan and were listed in local supermarkets. Cooperation with Vietnam and wider Southeast Asia is underway.

Export and overseas cooperation:

• Market access, labeling, tax and transport requirements are confirmed per the destination’s current regulations.
• OEM/ODM private-label and customization are supported (flavor, packaging and ABV can be discussed). The brewery runs three automated lines—glass bottle, aluminum can and a dedicated craft line—with an annual designed capacity of 35,000 tonnes and holds a food production license.
• Export labeling and documents can be arranged, and certifications such as HACCP or HALAL can be added to meet destination requirements.
• Export-friendly Guizhou specialty flavors—Maojian tea beer, passion fruit, Rosa roxburghii (cili), houttuynia (fish mint) and termite-mushroom (jizongjun) beer—are the differentiators versus generic lager/IPA.

MOQ, lead time and the exact plan are confirmed directly with the brewery via the inquiry form or by phone.

Jianjiang’s current flavored craft beers (houttuynia, green apple, termite mushroom, Maojian tea beer) have a shelf life of 360 days and should be stored cool and away from light. For other products, shelf life follows the packaging label. For unfiltered fresh beers, follow the storage instructions on the packaging.

Original wort concentration (°P) refers to the sugar content of the wort before fermentation; the higher the value, the fuller the body usually is. Alcohol content (%vol) refers to the volume percentage of ethanol in the finished beer. Among Jianjiang’s current products, the green apple, Maojian tea and houttuynia (fish mint) beers are 10.2°P, ≥3.7%vol; the termite mushroom (jizongjun) is 12°P, ≥4.1%vol; and the 23°P strong craft beer is 23°P. Parameters of other products are subject to package labeling.

Unfiltered fresh beer usually skips centrifugation and high-temperature sterilization, retaining beer yeast and more flavor compounds for a fresher taste; accordingly, it demands higher storage and distribution conditions. Regular bottled and canned beer is sterilized and has a longer shelf life. Specific processes and storage requirements are subject to the product packaging instructions.
