Jianjiang Beer is brewed by Guizhou Duyun Jinrong Beer Co., Ltd. at No. 24 Xieguanchong Road, Duyun, Guizhou — a plant built in 1999, covering 33,500 square metres with bottled, canned and keg lines, an annual design capacity of 35,000 tonnes and food production licence SC11552270110102. Brand operation, dealer recruitment and exports are handled by Guizhou Duyun Jianjiang Liquor Development Co., Ltd., with shipments to Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Viet Nam, Hong Kong (China) and Taiwan (China).

Brewed with Australian malt, imported English hops and German yeast, using natural spring water from Duyun and low-temperature craft fermentation.

Ingredient selection
Australian malt, imported English hops and German yeast are used, with natural spring water from Duyun. Each batch is inspected on arrival.

Milling and mashing
Milled malt is mashed with spring water at set temperature steps, converting starch into fermentable sugars.

Lautering and boiling
The mash is lautered into clear wort, which is boiled for sterilization while hops are added in stages.

Whirlpool and cooling
Hot break is separated in the whirlpool, and the wort is rapidly chilled to pitching temperature.

Low-temperature fermentation
Yeast is pitched and the wort ferments at low temperature, converting sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide.

Maturation
The beer matures at low temperature to round out its flavor, followed by stabilization appropriate to each product.

Packaging and quality control
Matured beer is filled into cans or kegs; finished product is released after passing quality inspection.
