Brand and the two entities
Jianjiang Beer is produced and sold by two separate companies. Guizhou Duyun Jinrong Beer Co., Ltd. is the manufacturer: the plant was built in 1999 and began production in 2000 as the first local brewery in the Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. It is located at No. 24 Xieguanchong Road, Duyun, covers 33,500 square meters, runs bottled, canned and keg lines with an annual design capacity of 35,000 tons, holds food production licence SC11552270110102, and owns 29 registered trademarks including "Jianjiang", "Jianjiang Beer", "Bergmiller" and "BEMY".
Guizhou Duyun Jianjiang Liquor Development Co., Ltd., incorporated in 2011, is the brand operation and sales company. It uses those trademarks under licence from Jinrong Beer and is responsible for brand positioning, distribution and dealer recruitment, e-commerce, exports and this website. It does not manufacture and holds no food production licence.
Production and sales
The beers are brewed with natural spring water from Duyun, using Australian malt, imported English hops and German yeast, with low-temperature craft fermentation. The product lines include the Jianjiang range, the Bogemiye range and the Guizhou Cunma range, covering Guizhou flavors such as houttuynia (fish mint), green apple, termite mushroom, Duyun Maojian tea, cili, passion fruit and bayberry. The Guizhou Cunma range currently offers two products: a Passion Fruit craft beer and a Lager.
Brewing takes place at the Jinrong plant; sales are handled by Jianjiang Liquor. The sales network covers Guangdong, Hainan, Yunnan, Guangxi, Hunan, Sichuan and Chongqing, with export business under development. This website is a direct-from-brewery channel; purchases and distribution inquiries are handled by phone after an inquiry form is submitted.

The invention belongs to the field of beer brewing and provides an optimisation method for fermentation that integrates tea components with beer. The method compares and analyses cooling data to obtain an analysis signal; processes the duration of a cooling period and the cooling rate within that period to obtain a variation performance value, and determines whether the trend of the cooling rate needs to be analysed, so as to prevent the cooling rate from continuing to change beyond its threshold and degrading fermentation quality; performs trend analysis on the cooling rate values within the period to obtain a variation-pattern value and determines the variation type of the cooling rate; based on that variation type, obtains the remaining time for the cooling rate to reach its threshold and compares it with the remaining cooling time; and, according to the comparison result, determines whether cooling control is required. The method enables cooling optimisation during fermentation and improves fermentation quality.
